Have had work done here on several occasions, but the work usually creates new problems. Not they they can't fix things, but they have a habit of creating new issues. There are better options.
Employees seem friendly and informed. They must always order top if the line parts because the quote I was given was very high even for a VW muffler.
I have been bringing my cars to Tuffy for about 3 or 4 years now. Brakes, mufflers, coolant work and oil changes. The guys down there Mike, Bill and Brad are really courteous and knowledgeable. Always provide an estimate by phone quickly and stick to it. Vehicles are repaired correctly in a timely manner. I like that they show me the problems they fixed and don't try to pile on other work like other shops I have been to.
They are relatively fast, don’t try to oversell, and use quality parts. The employees I have met are down to earth and get things done. This is my go-to shop when I can’t fix something myself.
Things seemed to keep hoping wrong while they worked on my vehicle but they kept going until they got it right. It was a long 7 hours waiting for my car to be done but in the end worth the wait and the 45 minute drive to get there. (Drove due to good reviews)
