Kevin was very courteous and worked around my schedule. They were able to repair it the same day for less than the initial estimate, as well as $25 less than the computer generated "cost estimate".
For the simple reason that Quality Transmission was close to where I was working, and my hotel.. I took my van here for auto repair.
I asked some of my customers, and people that I ran into at restaurants, gas stations..etc.. here in Midland, where I should take my van for a honest quote and a trustworthy garage. Unfortunately nobody had a place they could recommend.
Kevin and Ann Marie are very fair and honest. It's been a pleasure working with them multiple times. I would highly recommend this shop to my family / friends for just about all automotive repairs.
Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what the issue is. He takes the time to explain what the options are, WHY they may or may not be needed, and gets everything done for an honest price. Anne-Marie is always extremely polite and helpful as well. Highly recommended.
Being that I travel for work, my vehicle never breaks down until I am out of town.
The only thing that would make me give this shop a better review is if they were closer to where I live.
