Honest, quick and trustworthy. They don't try to sell you work you don't need. Fair pricing. They don't use the cheapest parts, instead recommending using better quality parts, which I appreciate.
My girl friend had an auto part replaced 4 years ago, and they charged her almost 3 times the going rate for the part. They told her at the time the part had a life time warranty!. Now that the part is failing they claim that the life time warranty is offered at their discretion!. They now claim that the part carried a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty!. That is an out right lie!.
The two owners, Bob and Brett, have been my mechanics for 20 years. Reliable work at a great price. The first time I took a car to them, a lady was hugging one of them when she picked up her car!
