If you tell a customer to bring their car in on a certain day, it better be done on that day, especially if it's a measly oil change. People don't buy car parts like they used to, people need their cars fixed. Adjust your business model accordingly.
Great people. They were professional even when i was angry my engine seized.
They never seem to have available technicians. Dropped my car off at 7am for a 20 minute oil change scheduled a WEEK in advance, but a tech "wasn't able to get to it" by the end of the day. I can get it done at the car wash in 10 minutes but they can't get it done during an entire day. They seem to forget that people need their vehicles to get to work and don't have the luxury to leave a vehicle at the shop overnight for a routine oil change.
Brought my jeep here to get shifter cable fixed picked it up with a new large scratch on driver door in which they refused to fix clearly don't care about the vehicles they are working on or there customers I will not be returning here ever again
Will be going somewhere else from now on.
Mechanics side is incompetent, or just out to screw you over. My fiancee took her rendezvous in with a bad speed sensor, they talked her into getting all new break routers( which were fine) pads( which were new) and calipers all the way around her car ( one caliper was actually bad) and never fixed tge speed sensor. $600 worth of work to not fix the problem( me doing the same work is like $200 in patrs max)
Recently had brake work done on my truck - everything went as smooth as anyone could ask for - the service department greeted me promptly and addressed all my concerns. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I was contacted throughout the repair. Great place for repairs and they have a comfy waiting area. Would highly recommend there service and I will definitely be back!!!
