The guys are always friendly and patient. Over the phone I don't feel rushed when I ask questions. I even had them cover a charge, no questions asked, when they made a mistake. They definitely go above and beyond!
They were quick in getting the new tires despite having a lot of customers. I try to make an appointment which works well when coming in for tire rotations.
The staff was knowledgeable. However, they would take every chance to sell you things that you might not need (but they claim that you do). They offer "free" winter tires changeover, but this is just a gimmick to get you in the door so they could sell you other things. I would not recommend them.
Discount Tire in Midland, MI has my complete trust and respect. They truly look out for everyone that walks in the door! I drive around 50,000 miles a year so I’m in often for regular rotation, and the occasional nail or damage. Time and again I’ve see the staff give options to customers that will cost less, and save them money. The staff here isn’t looking to make every possible dollar off their customers! Service, honesty, and good deals get them more business over time, and my trust!!!
