Everything from scheduling to the technician (Steve I believe was his name) completing the work went above and beyond my expectations. I can't really praise the technician enough for his professionalism and friendliness. I would 100% use Safelite again.
I would recommend Safelight AutoGlass in Midland to anyone! I went in right away after a rock hit my windshield leaving a large chip. I stopped in without an appointment and Dan was amazing! He got me connected with dispatchers to help me file through my insurance and immediately worked on my windshield. He was polite and did a great job. Thank you Dan!

Had an appointment and when I got there I received the worst customer service ever! He made every excuse why he couldn't replace my windshield that I had prepaid for out of my pocket. Now just got off the phone with corporate office and because they cancelled my appointment a cancellation fee is being taken out of my refund. Worst ever experience!
