Bought front end alignments on a special offer for $25. Took two different cars in and they would not do an alignment on either of them unless I spent $500 in repairs for each vehicle before they could do an alignment. Is that how they bait people in? Here spend $25 in advance for a voucher and we won't honor it unless you spend $$$ . What they didn't know is I took the second car in to my mechanic, and had him look at it before taking it to quicklane, he said there was nothing wrong with them doing an alignment on it. So, whos bullshitting who. Don t take your vehicle there unless you want to get gouged. Now I'm stuck with 2 vouchers

Very clean and friendly.
The front desk staff had a poor attitude when I arrived for an oil change. They would not give me an oil change as I arrived too close to their closing time. Even though in the time they had until close, they could have performed an oil change. If they take longer than 20 minutes to do an oil change, I would suggest going elsewhere for an oil change, as it should not take that long for a standard oil change.
Great experience. In and out without a lot of hassle or trying to sell additional services.
