We had a bad experience until we came to Ryan Brown and he made out headache go away. He was very helpful and will come to him from now on. He's a keeper as an employee forsure! Thanks so much!
Although I am not pleased with all of my Sprint service; I am making this review in regards to the helpful technician who answered my calls, Ryan. He was able to ease my stress, answer all of my questions and direct me to the best/low cost options for my situation. Wonderful customer service compared to the other sprint locations I have contacted. Give this man a raise!
I was in to pay my bill and see if there was anything they could do about my horrible reception. They told me they could not find me in the system (I have been with them for years) and there is nothing they can do for my horrible reception. They were extremely rude and incompetent. As I was leaving, one of the three guys made a smart comment. I will be switching back to Verizon!

This store has always treated me great. They are always 100% honest with people wether it's a convenient truth or not. I would rather be told the whole truth and not get want I want then be told I will get it and have my account messed up. This location is also NOT a service center! Most bad reviews I see are about not getting phones fixed. I don't see how people can hold a location responsible for something beyond their control. To me it sounds like this " I went to a gas station and they didn't have cheddar potato chips! How ridiculous I went to another gas station and they had cheddar potatoes chips! I won't go back cause these guys don't care enough to carry chips like a different place does." Sounds ridiculous right? The place has a new manager to so the comments I see about the manager are not valid. The new manager is awesome and the team in the store are super helpful friendly and knowledgeable. This is the place I go that gives me the best experience.
