So I told them to put my original battery in my phone and left. I then went to cricket and they said there was nothing they could do. I was on the way home and my daughter suggested I go to Mr. mustache In Midland. Then turn around and go to see Mr. mustache and immediately he informed me that he knew what they had done. They had broken a tiny little pin when they opened up my phone to put the battery in it. He replaced my battery and fixed my phone for less than what they were going to charge me for just the battery.
If I could give them no stars that's what I would do. NEVER take your iPhone to them for a battery replacement.

Steven was very helpful. I had some minor screws missing from a previous repair and he replaced them for me. Courteous and professional and very quick. In town for the night and he replaced my iPhone 6 battery
The owner then stated to me that she has and I quote "She has people like me coming in there all the time saying that their phone worked when it doesn't wanting her to buy them a new phone for them". Needless to say I was furious and I told her that they had broken my phone. She continued to call me a liar and a possible thief.
Bought a flashlight a year ago came back to store because it was not working properly.I had no receipt to show but then again never asked to see one worked on it for two days to try and fix it and were unsuccessful.They then sent me home with two new flashlights and a holster worth more than the one I bought a year ago. Can’t say enough good things about the store prices are great and the service is outstanding if your not shopping there you should be.
So I would suggest that if you need a battery replaced on your cell phone that you go to see Mr. mustache and stay far far away from the crazy lady that accuses her customers. there is no reason to ever treat a customer like that
So I took my phone that had an almost dead battery to batteries plus bulbs around the corner. I told them that my battery was almost dead. The guy at the counter saw me unlock my phone with my password and took my password and my phone and said that it would be an hour to fix my phone. I explained to him that my phone would only charge while on the charger and for five minutes afterwards. He said he didn't need my charger that that was no problem.
I would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone else The Gentleman waited open an extra 10 minutes for me to get there and was very informative about my battery and the battery maintainer that I bought
So I tried to turn on my phone with my brand new battery. It would not work correctly. Every time I pressed the home button and it went right to camera and then I couldn't get out of the camera. I complained and they said that I had to sign their form and that they would check to see if they had loosened something when they put the new battery in. I said Absolutely not.

An hour and 15 minutes went by and we returned to the store without a call. My phone was sitting on the counter with a list of problems that they could not detect because they said they could not use my phone to verify that it was in working condition when they started to work on it.
