Absolutely a joke. Got lied to multiple times since Wednesday. Got a call and told I had between 9 and 10 to pick something up because I was on a list well got lied to went to get it at 915 and got told they sold out. What is the point of getting on a list just to have them sell it on you. Bunch of bullshit!
Wasn't able to find a quote on a game i was going to turn in, so tried calling the store between 8:00-8:35 multiple times and kept getting a busy tone. Maybe someone forgot to hang the phone up and that's why I can't get a hold of any one at the store?

After calling and dealing with 10 other gamestop that just seemed annoyed with my questions I finally was able to get some help through the midland store. I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful Amy treated me and helped by not only calling other stores for me ,but calling me back personally 10min later to inform me She was able to get the product I needed. I will now be traveling the extra 20min to visit the midland store thanks to the fantastic customer service!!!!
