I have come here for years. The pizza is excellent, but lately the service is not as it used to be. They got rid of the brick ovens apparently, so it defiantly does NOT taste the same. But, still very good.
Great Service and great food. We were there from Jackson and was referred there by a local resident. Very good place to have dinner.
It took over an hour to be delivered after we placed our order. We ordered 2 pizzas, both were cold. One was not even cut. When pulling apart the cheese sticks, all the cheese came off with the first cheese stick. The rest were like a piece of cut bread-no cheese. I called Pizza Sam's to inform them of the poor food quality. They asked if there was anything they could do. I asked for a store credit and that was denied. Pizza Sam's has been a favorite place, but no more.
My favorite pizza place in the world. It hits the spot every time... the staff is nice and bathrooms are clean. And the food is the best. COME HERE TODAY!
