Love the food, best Cobb Salad and Burgers!
Upon entering the restaurant the cashier was complaining to another member of staff about wages of the bus boys. Her conversation was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. If a member of management was circulating the floor, I didn't see one. Food was less than expected, the server however made up for the experience. She was joyful and very pleasant, she gets 5 stars. I was not given a receipt at cashier, again same employee complaining about her lack of wages when we arrived.
I hope I never go back.
We have been there three times and each time the service was very slow. After being seated the server arrived well after 5 minutes. Each time we had to ask for silverware. It took over 5 minutes to get a refill on water. We had to ask, refills were not offered. The server was pleasant but not attentive. We went after 1:30 and it didn't appear to be that busy. I was hoping for a better experience. Food was good.
The nastiest the worst the most disgusting restaurant I have ever seen place was dirty floor is so wet I almost fall. Staff were so so rude. I found hair in my food and she said it was mine she won't take it off the bill or replace it. This place is gross. they won't let me talk to a manger they kept telling me he was out, he's on break and he'll be bc shortly but never did. They had me talk to a server who pretended to be a manger. Yet she didn't do anything for me. I feel so disgusted how rude they were and how nasty the food was never coming back not me not my family or friends.
Our waitresses name was Angela. She treated our family incredibly well which made our dining experience even better. This was our first time dining here and the food was prepared well with no complaints. We must say again that our waitress Angela made this this night so much more enjoyable, she was kind, respectful, and helpful. We definitely will return and request to sit in her section again.
BUT!
The staff is always short and rude. Had a waitress tell me I did NEED to order lots of food and refused to bring our table biscuits after requesting 3 times. We are often "Big Tippers" but have never felt like I should leave more than $3.00. After the recent fat comments and rushed treatment the special needs son received, we will be taking our $10 tips to Big Boy. Where they go out of their way to remember my son's drink order and help him get his 3 links of sausage, even if the only come in orders of 2 or 4.
