Drive thru is slow at best, but if you go inside the service it's excellent.
Coney dog's were okay could have been hotter. The root beer was great. The French fries were cold. Staff seemed very nice however they needed more training.
I haven't been to an A & W on years, so I thought it would be fun to go. when we ordered out food, we ordered the classic root beer float, they don't put them in frosted mug anymore, they couldn't tell our floats apart, no tray, no napkins, no ketchup, no mustard, and no ranch. The float overflowed all over the inside of my car as the lady handed it to us, and just giggled about it, our food wasn't hot, barely luke warm. I don't be back to this establishment.
Been here a few times everyone I've seen or talked to is super nice. The one time I didn't know it but they were closing soon and I had no idea till I asked the nice young man. He said oh no worries enjoy yourselves and just leave everything on the table.
Food shows up generally fast, a tad greasy but it's American fast food. Nice inside place to hangout at, and the daily deals for floats and such are really nice
