I had a waiter spill water on me and it took 10 minutes to receive any kind of towel to clean up the mess.
The places has a moderate price tag with most items costing around $10 or so..
...oh and the chicken was overcooked to the point that I couldn't cut it at all.
What happened?
We were fans of this Applebee's and ate here often. We haven't been able to get a "great" meal or even a "good" meal in some time. The appetizers don't even come out appetizing anymore. If you want cheap food this could be your place, but you will likely sacrifice any quality. On a good note... lunch seems to be a bit better and is usually satisfactory.
Enjoyed the all you can eat soup and salad for lunch and the staff was great, but how can you ever try more than one when they take a half hour to bring it out EVERY time? We've tried it three different times and it's always a half hour. My coworker ordered a second bowl of soup one time and it took an additional 15 min. We don't have time for that on lunch break. It's just soup! How can it take that long?
The food I had was great for the price!

This use to be my favorite restaurant, but the service has gotten really bad here lately.
The manager gave me my meal free, but I keep getting bad experiences here.
