You've got an ice rink for the winter and a rollerskating rink for the summer, baseball fields and a nice connection to the rail trail. Nice public area
I've gone to Emerson Park ever since I can remember. Our family always had fun there weather it was playing on the playgrounds, taking a picnic lunch, or just taking a book to read. This is a nice park and a great place to have a party. We have been to several gatherings here over the years as well. The ice cream truck comes by, but I don't know the schedule. It's a grest park to make memories.
Grew up in Midland and love the rail trail. When I want access to it I go to the ice/ball hockey rink to park. Has a Porta pot ample parking and you are on the trail.
Scenic park stretching along Midland's waterfront. Had softball diamonds and a small stadium. Playscapes and open spaces for the kids. Pavilions are available to rent. Most times these at available without resevervations. (Check with Midland parks department.) Long river walk stretching from downtown to Northwood University. Plentiful parking.
Very nice park! Lots of things to do here, we'll maintained.
