Although the hotel is wonderful..... And the people are friendly..... Waiting an hour to get ice for my room was unacceptable.... Called twice.... Both times they said it was on its way.... Okay now its bedtime and I still don't have ice.... Ice machines or better service... Guess they have to choose... As for me.... I will find a hotel with an ice machine next time.
We ended up booking else where. At a place where they care about their customers and are honest with them
Went to book Monday and they told us they could not honor it and that that was from two years ago, even though the voucher was good for December 2017. as shown in the picture.
Only had a chance to stay one night but absolutely loved the place very modern design, felt like I was in a very high end hotel. Room was big and very well decorated. The turn down service was great and unexpected would definitely book again if I am in the area.
The H is a beautiful modern hotel with clean and chic rooms. They also have a great restaurant and bar inside as well as a nice pool and hit tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the Midland area!
Wanted to Stay at this hotel for new Years 2017. Saw a great package Sunday December 10th 2017. 198.69 With tickets to Midnight on main and 100 Credit toward food.
WARNING!!: DISHONEST STAFF AND BUSINESS PRACTICE WARING!!
Not only that but they had the nerve to over double the rate to 250+ .
We really enjoyed our stay at the H. It is the best place to stay in Midland. Great rooms, friendly staff, good location - this is where you should stay. Highly recommend.
