Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, pretty and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! Good breakfast too.
PLEASE stay away from this place, as their customer service is rotten and they do not offer any help in any way. They will only take your money and say "there's nothing we can do." Even after giving her suggestions of what she can do. Then she hung up on me. And when I called right back, she was "in the bathroom" and wouldn't come to the phone. How can you call this good customer service?
Beautiful room and hotel. However, upon arrival I found that my reservation had been canceled. Took 30min of waiting to correct.
WORST customer service. They are charging my credit card for an error on their part and when I called about it, the manager, Sheila Jensen, hung up the phone on me! She didn't offer to help and she even accused me of lying by saying that she receives hundreds of "these types of calls". Now I can tell you that I have never lied about an incorrect charge to gain money nor would I go through all this trouble calling the reservations online counter and the hotel to get a charge retracted.
What a great place to stay overnight in Midland! The whole hotel staff was so friendly, the room spacious and clean, the bed and pillows oh so comfortable and the breakfast really good! The breakfast attendant was so sweet...she even helped make me 1/2 of a red velvet waffle! We would certainly stay here again. Thanks!
This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprise. The hotel is located close to many places to eat. I loved that I was able to open the windows, room was clean and had microwave and small fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly,beakfast menu was above my expectation. I actually was able to get few goodnight sleep. I will definitely stay at his hotel again.
