We stay here about once or twice a year to visit family. Always clean rooms and friendly staff. Exactly what I expect from a Holiday Inn. Very pleased. And Big Es is a great restaurant that is accessible from the hotel.
I don't know that I could complain about this hotel if I had to. First off they upgraded my room because I was an IHG member without me even asking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning crew went over the top when cleaning the room and made a small bed with my daughters blanket and doll. The pool specifically was great. It was a large atrium that was warm. And the hot tub that went outside was very hot, even though the outside temperature was below zero during our stay. Everything was clean and neat, the door from the restaurant was good (breakfast is not included), and the staff were a great mixture of friendly and professional. Over all one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long long time.
I was shocked when I saw that they don't have hairdryer in the bathroom, I have been to motels that has it. The rooms could of been better. The jets for the hot tub weren't working, I'm highly disappointed. They ruined my birthday and won't recommend it to anyone.
Awesome hotel. Great food and staff r so amazing. They really go above and beyond what is excepted. My husband and r 2 kids go here at least once a year. Great for new years eve also.
The building is appealing the moment it's within view. Service at the front desk was great, and the room is beautiful. Staying here over Thanksgiving with my 9 year old and it is perfect. Thank you for that, Holiday Inn!
