My father has shopped at Southworth's for as long as I can remember, and Dave has always done a great job helping me maintain all of my jewelry. This place is horrible!! The people that work there have been incredibly rude to my husband and I on a few occasions. They took much longer with a very simple necklace repair than what they said it would take, and they did a terrible job repairing it. When I politely told them I didn't want it, they were rude yet again. The phone rang while I was in there today, and the guy started swearing with F***K this, etc...because he was inconvenienced at the phone ringing. I will never return here, and plan to steer as many people away from this place as possible. There are many other jewelry options in Midland. This should be your LAST choice.
