My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band here, and I purchased his wedding band. Absolutely love how nice they were to work with. I don't live in Midland so any time I happen to be there I stop in to have my ring cleaned and checked. We got the "warranty" and they are replacing my husband's ring after it was damaged. Super nice about it!! I have to pay to have it engraved again, but nothing in cost compared to replacing his ring!! The staff is always super friendly and so glad we chose to work with them.
I brought my engagement ring here 3 weeks ago to be resized. I was told it would take a little over a week. I called after a week and a half, the girl that answered was the same girl that took my ring, and she couldn't find my name, so she guessed that it would take another week... oookkk....So I called a week later and nobody there had any clue who I was or where my ring was. I had to fax over the receipt they gave me to prove I had been there. No return calls back. After mutiple calls trying to reach the manager, he finally got on the phone and admitted my ring was missing. He made us bring in the our receipt to prove what we had paid for it. They reimbursed us only for the exact amount and didn't give us a penny more. After three weeks of waiting and worrying, they lost something that was so precious to me, without any explanation. An engagement ring is irreplaceable and they simply do not care what they have put us through. Now my fiance has to go elsewhere to find a ring for me again. Do not do business here. These people are incompetent jerks.
We went here for our wedding and the purchase was good , but every time we come in foe cleaning and now to get her two rings put together, they are rude and act like its inconvenient, we won't be buying anything else here
