Poor customer support
Outstanding service!!
They pressured you into buying when you told them that you were strictly there to look and this was the first place that you had been. All together it was a very stressful time and makes me not want to go back. They then wanted to check my boyfriends credit to see what we could get and he asked them multiple times to make sure that they were just doing that and not signing him up for anything. A couple weeks later he received a credit card.
My experience here was outstanding! Harry showed me a variety of watches from all sorts of brands. He was patient and answered all of my questions in great detail. I feel that I chose the right watch and I did not feel any pressure from the sales staff. I would happily do business again!
