I took my cat in for a bite wound and they wanted $543 to do surgery! They told me it would not heal on its own without the surgery. The wound was the size of a dime. There was no way I could afford that and they don't offer payment plans. So after deciding I just took home ointment and antibiotics and my cat is almost all healed which they said waa not going to happen without surgery. As far as I am concerned they don't care about the animals. They only care about their money. Will NOT be going back.
Dr. Manley stayed late to see my dog at the last minute when I came home from work and found him in pain. We were not even a current patient. She was so gentle and took the time to ask questions and listen to concerns. I will definitely be going back.
Brought our dog in for emergency pneumonia treatment. They made sure to ask us beforehand about what tests to do and not to do because we were short on cash. Fast forward a week and our dog wasn't feeling better. They ran some tests and determined it was likely some late-stage fungal infection or metastasized cancer with maybe respiratory infection due to a weakened immune system. Gave it to us straight, but they were also very caring and patient with us. Gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We explained that we couldn't afford to pay for all the diagnostics and euthanasia same day so they set up a very manageable 16-month payment plan. Sadly I don't remember the name of the doctors or technicians as it was all such a blur, but I remember how caring and kind they were with our dog through her final moments. Thank you.
Have taken out pup in twice, the first time was a emergency visit. The vet worked fast and was very nice. Explained everything. Took him in for a routine visit and allergies. Was seen fast and once again. They went over all of the options and explained everything I have to do.
