I couldn’t be more dis-satisfied with this place. If you are like me and your animals are like your children….DO NOT take them here. All they care about is money, not your pet. A few weeks back we took our 1 year old puppy in, because we continued getting reminders in the mail. WE presented for our appointment, she didn’t get to see the doctor, they just tried to sell us flea spra, heart wor, etc. The staff seemed really rude, like they just wanted our money. Yesterday, I had an emergency with my kitten and she needed care immediately. I called and the lady answering phones was very rude and cold. You could tell that she wasn’t compassionate what so ever with animals. She wouldn’t give me any advise, just that I needed to come in and the vet would have to see her, but they didn’t have any appointments until the following day. If you want a healthy pet, do not go here!
We called to ask a few questions in order to get a feel for this particular veterinary hospital. The person who answered the phone did not seem to understand what we were asking. She was very cold, rude and unfriendly. I have absolutely no idea what the quality of care is like, as whoever answered the phone made it impossible for us to even consider them as a potential vet. Such a person has no business working in a field where sensitivity to animals and their owners is a requirement. We will look elsewhere for our veterinary care.
