Oakside is a quiet and safe community to live in, pets allowed with certain limitations, and everybody has a good sized yard. Management can be strict at times, but as long as everybody gets along and follows the rules, there's really no issues. Its also a very economical place and very affordable.
Seems to be getting a bit more run down than 5-10 years ago.
Dont like the speed bumps even at have to slow down to 2 miles per hour to go over them
