Kevin was the best realtor I could've asked for. I had been through 10 realtors all whom dropped the ball. I had seen over 40 houses and when I met Kevin he worked harder than any other realtor I've worked with. He fought so hard for me and did his best to make everything I wanted happen. He also led me to the best lender I have ever worked with, Joe Gracia, who closed on my dream house in 4 weeks with holidays in the middle of them. I've never been so pleased and taken care of and I couldn't thank them enough. I would highly recommend modern realty and Kevin Crampton to anyone looking for a house and a realtor who will fight tooth and nail for you to make your home buying experience the best it could possibly be. I only wish I'd found him sooner. I spent a year looking for a house. Finally I'm settled in my dream home.
