Long story: signed a contract with them to manage my properties in Midland. They billed as much as they could for everything (like a $1000 fridge that you could buy for $500 all day long) and then told me they didnt want to manage them anymore. They waited to tell me that though until they had rented out one of the houses to an absolute deadbeat and collected the first months rent so that they could get paid the 1st months rental fee. The renter only made me one month after that and then I had to evict. All around seemed like a bad deal.
Bought my house in May, Brooke was my agent and many thanks to her. Was a great experience and very little stress.
Worst experience I've ever had with a company. They never call back. My boyfriend and I attempted to look at rental properties for weeks and when we finally got ahold of Josh we went and looked at a place and decided we wanted to rent it so we filled out our applications and turned them in immediately. This was on a Friday and we were told we would get a call back on Monday. He never called us back until almost a week later on Thursday and told us that it was looking like we would get the house. He then called the next morning just to tell us they gave it to another applicant. It is very disappointing that we would pay for his services for him to just completely ignore us. I then attempted to look at two more rental properties because we desperately needed to move into a house quickly. I called and left voicemails and he never returned my calls, just like he did to us the first time. The same day that I attempted to call him to look for a new rental, I found a house on Valley Rentals website and we went to see it and loved it. We turned in our applications an hour later and two hours later we got a call back saying we were approved and could come in the next day to sign a lease. I would NEVER recommend Ayre Rhinehart to anyone, you will be very disappointed in their service.
One of the worst things experiences I have ever had with a rental company. Had to contact them twice to receive security deposit after over a month of moving out. Very disorganized. Basement always leaked in property and they did nothing to fix it. You had to email or call them multiple times if you wanted anything done.
Short story: they scammed me.
