Should have upgraded customer service instead of upgrading the kitchen... the children working here have no sense of customer service. Giving away your order to people walking through the door. Sat and waited 30 min for my simple order of 2- 3 meats and a hot and ready. 30 minutes pass and this girl come out telling me that they gave my order to someone else and that it would be an additional 15-20 minutes for my pizzas and the manager was offering to give me a 2lt of soda. I demanded a refund and left. I won't be returning to this location.
This was the WORST experience we've ever had at this location little ceasars. After being WEEKLY customers to this location for over eleven years, after this experience we will no longer be giving them our business. After the new renovations this locations customer Service has gone completely down hill. We ordered a new BBQ pizza, an all cheese pizza, 1 hot and ready and 4 bread sticks and ended up waiting 45 mins in the parking lot while my husband stood in their lobby watching the staff give out everything we ordered except a cheese pizza to other customers. He addressed an employee who was rude and short with him and said it would be a minute. I finally came in when my husband text me about how upset he was getting. I demanded a manager who when he arrived was the same rude employee my husband talked to. I explained the whole situation and my aggravation and he just looked at me and said he could get me ANOTHER bread stick! I was further sickened and demanded a refund. We received our money back and walked out. No apology by them and no food...After 45 min. I would have complained to the franchise owner but I couldn't find any contact information to contact them. Completely dissatisfied.

I have called Little Caesar's on North Saginaw many times and have also ordered from the other Little Caesar's in town. The N. Saginaw Little Caesar's is the only one that can get the order right every time! If you ask for a large pepperoni, it's fresh, not a leftover Hot 'N Ready. Definitely the best one in town!
