I've now been waiting 45 minutes for one sub. This is insane. Ordered last week too and took nearly this long. Great food but not freaky fast that's for sure.

Very fast very good food. Friendly service.
Fast, tasty, comparable to other sub joints. Not happy they cook chips in peanut oil and don't say so on the online menu. When I called the manager about this he said there's really nothing he can do, but suggested I go to Facebook and complain to Jimmy John's there.
Food was good but definitely not fast. Took about 20 mins for my boyfriend and I to get our food. When the staff member handed us our subs my boyfriend asked if they could be bagged. The employee pointed at a stack of bags and said' "They are right there man." And walked off. We had to bag our own subs and get napkins for a to-go order. They also do not cut the subs in half for you. Hard to eat when you are on the run. Never had this experience at any other location. We won't be back.
