Used to be my favorite place to do laundry until now they say last load at 8 pm we showed up at 7:30 and the lady argued that the last load has to be started at 7:15 and they close at 8 even though it says right on the door. Then the lady had a whole group of friends and walks up to me to tell me next time I better come earlier. Wtf I work can't come earlier.
Once was one time too many. Nasty, dirty place. Will not be back on this trip to MI, nor any in the future.
This place is a mess. Over half of the machines are out of order. It looks gross and dirty. Some prices are reasonable but some are outrageous. One set of machines says you can wash 2 or 3 small items for four dollars! On top of that, the machines that aren't duct-taped shut aren't great. I used three different dryers and left with damp clothes because I couldn't stand to be in there anymore. Not to mention that hand drawn signs litter all the walls and machines which looks patronizing and unprofessional. I'd rather drive miles away than do business here again.

Disgustingly dirty, ancient machines (half of which seem to be broken). I'd already gotten change from the machine which is covered with signs saying it's only for customers otherwise you have to pay 10% so I was stuck there since I'm not paying them for nothing. I cannot stress how unbelievably nasty this place is. There was mold in the fabric softener cup! I'm pretty sure hand washing your clothes in a mud puddle in the parking lot would be a more sanitary experience given the amount of mold, filth and general rot in this place. The laundromat behind the Eastman Rd McDonald's seems like a state-of-the-art palace compared to this place. Don't go here.
