I would give zero stars if it was an option! Long wait time (not seen until 1 hour after scheduled appt. time), rude front desk staff and professional staff, unclean restrooms, and not child friendly (no child activities, no changing table in restroom). The exam was very short and not thorough at all. Yes, a toddler won't sit still for the exam. Toddlers become restless while waiting an hour in the waiting room! We left with more questions and fewer answers. Doctor and assistant did not introduce themselves. Doctor's breath smelled horrible. So disappointed!
Didn't inform me until we arrived that everything except the actual eyeglasses for my daughter was covered and would then have to go elsewhere for them. Waited an hour after the exam to see the dr to get the piece of paper to be able to get the glasses. Watched those who arrived after us come and go. The office staff is amazing, but I would not recommend!
