Usually love this store but the service I received there on October 29th was unacceptable. I called on my Kohls account which stated I had enough money to make my purchase. Went to check out at the customer service register and the lady said I owed her money. I said that can't be I just called and it stated I had enough. She said well you don't have enough and you owe me the extra money now. I asked if she could look into it for me. Maybe there is a issue with your audio teller. She said no you owe the extra money. Did not offer to check or anything. Just demanded the extra money. After being treated like that and being told so rudely when I walked in that you close in 3 minutes and I better hurry up. I walked out without my purchase and will not be shopping at this store location again!
Had a fantastic find today with the Veteran's day sale made it even better... Loved working with your associate Joann at customer service she was great!!
This store has horrible customer service. Went in to exchange a couple things because it was a gift and they didn't fit. Went to the customer service desk and explained what I needed, Joann told me to just go and get what I wanted. I didn't know how much the price range was so I went and asked an employee who gave the prices that I could get. I go back to the counter of customer service and Joanna is rude and very snotty and acted like it was a big ol deal to help me with what I needed. She then told me I needed to find shirts the exact price of the clearance isle for 9.00 and 7.20, when asking about store credit she told me it would be the lowest price of the day and would give me 5.00 for a 30.00 dollar shirt. This store is a joke. With the rude employees I'll never be back to this store. If you don't wanna be around people this is the wrong job for you. No need to be rude
The lady who helped me with jewelry was absolutely wonderful. A true pleasure to work with.
Dirty store with a terrible staff worth a drive to go to a bigger location with a better selection. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen.
