I absolutely love the staff at Dr. Morris' office. Everyone is so fantastic to work with. Kay is the BEST!!! She is very friendly, patient when you ask her questions and her knowledge of the procedures is excellent. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Last visit was for a chemical peel , everything was explained to me before hand and came out feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing a week after. The ladies in the beauty department are amazing!
I had surgery scheduled on the 8th & they called me 14 hours prior to my surgery and cancelled because the doctor wouldn't be back from his vacation in time. I rescheduled my surgery for the 21st & they called me on the 18th telling me that I needed to reschedule again because I had a vacation to Vegas scheduled 2 weeks later. When I explained that I would rather cancel my vacation then reschedule surgery, they then informed me that the Dr. was actually going on vacation for the next 4-6 weeks. On top of that, it was going to take 6 weeks to refund my 100% paid for procedure. Overall, really disappointed that I was lied to in regards to what was happening and as a patient, I was his last priority. He came off as a genuine person throughout the consultation, however, I'm just thankful that this man is no longer performing surgery on me because I do not trust him of his staff. I hope that whoever chooses to go to this office has a better experience than I did.
I've been a patient of Kay Morris for several years, receiving periodic treatments of Botox and fillers. I don't do a lot of injectables, just enough to keep the "11" wrinkles between my eyes at bay and give my cheeks and eyebrows a little lift. Kay is highly skilled and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. She's also a delightful person who makes the procedure go by quickly and virtually pain free.
August 17, 2016--Full of questions, not to mention apprehension, I had a consultation with Kay, Dr. Morris, and Paula. All were very professional, reassuring, and informative. As a result of that consultation, I am seriously considering Dr. Morris's suggestions.
January 12, 2017--Six days post surgery, I went in to have sutures removed. I must say, I was a bit apprehensive since I was experiencing quite a bit of not unexpected discomfort. Paula and Kay were very reassuring that everything was healing as it should be. As Kay was finishing the suture removal, Dr. Morris, just returning to the office, came in and offered additional reassurances about the healing process.
December 21, 2016--No longer in the "deciding mode", I had my pre-op today with Brandi and Kay. I had additional questions that they were going to check with Dr. Morris about. He came in to the examining room and definitely answered them to my satisfaction. The staff is most definitely reassuring, helpful, and professional!!
September 20, 2016--Still in the "deciding mode", I returned today to PSI to ask more questions. I again talked with Paula, Kay, and Dr. Morris; they were more than accommodating. We signed up for the October 3 Event!
