Customer Service is horrible!! Walked in and was asked by a manager "What do you need?"
If I could give them zero stars I would. And it's all because of one sales woman. She took about 10+ minutes to find my shoe (which was the display) but then actually cut in front of the nice woman checking me out at the cash register so that she could clock out. I was shocked at her incredible rudeness.
Good staff. Even with the crabby old lady in front of me, they were very polite.
I love the boots they have ...just wished they last longer than a year ... But comfy and by far the best
