Nurses are great.. not their fault. The Dr not so much. Very disappointing..
Seriously.
If admitted under confusion, I will receive nothing for pain. Even been up 29 hrs.
I just discovered I must award them a star to post. They deserve none.

My father stayed at MidMichigan hospital for 5 days after open heart surgery and every person we encountered we kind and did their job well. Secretaries, aides, nurses, environmental, doctors, respiratory therapists, everyone was amazing!
Do not come here if confused, nauseated, history of vomiting.!
This callous incompetence borders on criminal negligence. If you have loved ones, take them somewhere else. Take them almost anywhere else.
After five days on her back, not even able to transfer to a bedside commode, and without any physical therapy or evaluation of her strength or ability to even sit upright, she was placed in a wheelchair and loaded into the nursing home van for a FORTY minute drive to the nursing home. Neither attendant in the van had any medical training or way to communicate an emergency should one occur. This hospital just shipped her off like a sack of meat.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I went into the ER with a lot of pain from a UTI. Ive been here before and nothing has changed. Once again I waited and waited... Then when I got back to a room the first doctor was nice . His shift was over in 30 mins. The second doctor that came in was a nightmare!! ""Dr"" Jabri very unprofessional!
My mother has been at MidMichigan first for a stent after heart attack, then treatment of double pneumonia. This morning she was discharged back to the nursing home where she has been undergoing rehabilitation, post heart attack. Although her primary contact, I never received a call that this was occurring, nor was I informed by anyone at the hospital, including her doctor, nurses or social work that this was their intent. I arrived to find her already loaded into the nursing home van.
Not the place you want to take an infant to in an emergency. Never prepared or timely. Took two trips for same problem and still waiting on possible diagnosis. So sad that this is the best Midland can do!
