I have used this facility many times, and always very prompt and cheerful staff..
I got there at 10:23am for a simple drug screen (pee test) and I was the only one there in waiting room. They didn't take me back till 11:01 am. No reason for it at all to be waiting that long. I will never go back to covenant in midland again. I will take the extra drive to Bay City or Saginaw. They told one person that came in that they had a patient in the back but I never seen anyone come out or go in
