I am almost always blown away by the great service at my Midland Home Depot. Love this store and the great people that work there. You can really tell they care. Keep up the great work!

Excellent employees everyone that helped me approached me. I didn't have to go looking for someone to help me. They were so helpful and pleasant . I went to Home Depot looking for a switch for my vacuum thinking that I wasn't really going to find one but found that they carry several different types. I very impressed.
Better lumber selection than Lowe's, but otherwise mostly the same
Before heading to homedepot, i called and asked about pricematch, and they said yes they accept screenshoot for pricematch, but when i came, the lady who name is Gail so mean and tried to avoid pricematch. She said price different EVENTHOUGHT THE ITEM IS THE SAME SIZE SAME BRAND. with their store so they cannot pricematch. Manager came and said they just pricematch nearby store, he said it is their policy. And i asked why ealier i called and asked about pricematch, customer service of the store said different than what they said. Otherwise, while I was talking to manager, i saw Cashier Gail talked with other customer, looked at me , shaked her head and laughed. I told manager and his name is Tony, he said no no and he explained for her no matter he didnt see what she did. I was confused how pricematch of homedepot work. And their employers should know who to respect their customer.
