The owner/ manager is amazing! She took my box dyed blonde hair and made it a beautiful mocha brown! My four year old daughter was also with me and everyone one of those ladies was awesome with her, very kid friendly! I will definitely recommend E-Clips to anyone looking to get their hair done. They are very fairly priced as well! It has a very warm and welcoming environment, which I also enjoyed. I've found my salon!
I think the girls are nice and they seem great with kids. I took my kids to a really expensive shop and got there hair cut and they cut it the way they wanted to. Not at all how I wanted it. Then we went to e- clip and they did what i wanted and helped me with good products for my daughters hair. I like them.
i had the worst experience of getting a haircut here on ,June 28th.I am a woman in my 40's.That is a lot of haircuts in my lifetime.I asked the lady cutting my hair to cut an inch of my hair.I realized that wasn't a lot off, so I asked her to take another inch off.She was so upset about that and yelled at me.I was intimidated and scared of someone standing behind my head with sharp scissors.I have started with an inch off only with other stylists through the years.No one ever got hostile with me about taking a little more off my hair..I think she said her name was Mary JO.when I asked her to take another inch off her reply was "WHAT?That is a whole other haircut. "I said ,"If your gonna charge me for another haircut, then just trim it a little.".She told me, No ,she won't charge me for another haircut.She looked out in the waiting room, and saw no one else was there waiting for a haircut.Then she said to me,"I'll cut it,your just lucky no one else is waiting for a haircut or I wouldn't do it'."Mind you. there were 4 other stylists there as well.I go to hair salons to feel good about myself, not to feel horrible.It is no wonder no one else was waiting in the waiting room when I got there or when I left..I will never go there again ,nor take my mother there..They should make they're customers feel good about themselves.Not yell at them like they bothered them by walking in there.
