I called and left a voicemail to have my subscription cancelled. I called because there is hardly ever any staff in the gym. Conveniently for them it makes it very hard to cancel your subcription.They told me that they couldn't recognize who called from the voicemail even though I said my name multiple times. And still charged me for a month of not going to the gym when I thought my memberships was canceled. I should have had the bank go after them.
