some of the young ladies working tend to overwhelm me new and the most expensive merchandise the key to having the same great experience i have when i visit, i would recommend you ask for John for many reasons hes cute!! Ive never been in the store and not seen him, he remembers me and my sizes each visit, and always helps me find things i LOVE!! with minimal effort for me even better he will tell me honestly if something doesn't look good on me. the store is very clean and had the best selection of high fashion jeans in midland! the staff (john) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The employees at this buckle store can be very rude. I am a young adult and I feel like they treat me and others I know rudely due to that fact. I recently went in there looking around for mothers day things and I was in the store for about 15 minutes. None of the employees even bothered to acknowledge me or the person I was with. After they did not have what I was looking for in the size I needed I then proceeded to the cash register to ask if they could possibly order it online. I waited there for 5-10 minutes and the woman was on the phone the whole time(understandable). But the two other employees just stood there and kept looking over at me and a friend and went back to just talking about non work related things. I am a cardholder at the buckle and feel like they should want to treat me with a little more respect. They act like they are stuck up and better than most people who come in the store.
