Just had my three row vehicle detailed and WOW!!! Super impressed. Car looks and smells amazing. Like brand new. Great attention to detail was taken to all carpet, upholstery and trims. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible. Ford Escapes are known for rear window hinges rotting. Well while my car got detailed they came completely off and they failed to tell me. I called them very upset. It was very obvious when shutting doors. I called and let them know what happened. I wasn't upset that they came off but they didn't let me know. The tech I spoke with said he remembered hearing something in the shop. So on top of it they knew....owner called and apologized. Stated he should've told me but didn't want to open a can of worms. Unbelievable.
