Nathan in service was extremely helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to make my experience great!!! I will always go back to him. He even made sure I got an appropriate loaner vehicle that would fit my huge car seat in.
Melissa Olney (sales) is superb and has gone above and beyond each time I have purchased a vehicle. The service department is also top notch. They are all mindful of time always providing excellent customer service and high quality. The same can't be said from other dealerships.

I worked with a young man named Cole Davis. He was honest, non pushy, knowledgeable about the different vehicles we looked at, and made us feel comfortable it was a pleasure speaking with him. We did buy a beautiful used GMC Terrain from him. Also, had wonderful experience with the business manager, who was professional, organized and got you on your way out the door.
I'm not usually one to write reviews but this time its appropriate. Be careful when you purchase from here. Read the fine print! The sales staff (both new and used side) seem nice face to face, but they are still looking to make a buck. they offered to call my credit union for me. They came back saying that i'm financed but id need to come up with a down payment. Thought that was odd due to me never having to have to do that in the past. So i call the credit union and ask them, They told me that i didn't need one. So when i went in to sign papers, i brought that up. They immediately got defensive said if i don't come up with it than we wont be signing anything. SO....I call the credit union from there and talk to them. They advised that I did NOT need a down payment. I went back and told that to the salesman and he said "well i will have to call them too" (like i was lying) he did and as it turns out I was right. Sounds like they were trying to make a quick buck. So just be careful!!
I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and had a transporter bring it to Georgia. It arrived perfectly. I would purchase from Garber Chevrolet again and highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Chevrolet.
